Portrait Investment

Please review all pricing and policies before booking your session.
* The session fee and a completed portrait contract are required to secure your session date and are non-refundable.  However should something arise and you need to reschedule your session, your paid session fee will act as a credit that applies to your new date for up to one year.  Please try to give me a week notice for cancellations so that I can try to re-book the session.

I value my repeat clients.  All clients returning for future sessions within one year will receive an additional $50 print credit.  Baby Club & Mini sessions are excluded from this client incentive!

Each Session Fee includes: (excluding Professional Headshots)
-Photographer’s time and talent
-custom editing of 30-35 images
-$100 print credit (can not be used towards the purchase of a digital negatives)
-online gallery including 30-35 color images with a select few in black & white at Photographer’s discretion.

Session Fee for Children, Families, Couples, Brides and Highschool Seniors
$250 may include up to six people.  Each additional person is $25.  Sessions usually last 1-2 hours.
-all sessions are photographed at an urban, grassy, wooded or private outdoor setting.  I have an indoor home studio available for children under the age of 9 months.

Session Fees for Newborns & Maternity
$150 (maternity)
$300 (newborn & parents)
$350 (newborn, parents & siblings)
$750 (birth photos in the hospital) This session includes the digital images!

Newborn Sessions can last up to four hours and are for infants less than two weeks old.  Newborn photograph BEST around 5-14 days after birth.  I am available to come to you for an additional charge of $50.   Newborn sessions are usually booked around the end of the second trimester and maternity sessions are only offered with a scheduled newborn session.  

Little Miracles Baby Club is for babies (3, 6, 9 months or a year) and is only offered with a scheduled newborn session.  Any session booked within this time is only $200 and the CD will be offered for $75 instead of $250.  This is only available if you book a minimum of 2 sessions (excluding newborn) before the age of one.  Please email me for details!

Session Fees for Professional Headshots
$175 (weekend)
$150 (spring/summer weekday afternoon)
-session usually lasts 30-45 minutes
-does NOT include a print credit
-includes 5 digital negatives on a CD with copyright release

Session Fee for Pets
$100 (one pet)
$150 (multiple pets)
-session usually last  about 1 hour

TURNAROUND TIMES: Online gallery will be emailed to you within 3-4 weeks from your session date.  It will only be viewable for 14 days and this is the time when you will need to place print orders.  There is a $25 fee to re-activate the gallery for viewing after expiration and it will only be viewable for 7 days.  Print turnaround time is two weeks or less once you have placed your order!

There are no packages and sessions do not include digital negatives (aka - a CD).  All high res digital negatives from your gallery are available for purchase for $250 and include a print release to the client.  Single high res digital negative downloads with print release are $25.   If a CD is purchased for a Maternity Session you recieve the Newborn CD for FREE!
